Our favorite Superstar Ayesha Omar launches her clothing line and also a new movie is releasing very soon!

Applause Pakistan’s latest cover story features none other than the superstar Ayesha Omar. Ayesha Omar remains one of Pakistan’s most celebrated artists ever. Ask a 5-year-old or a 50-year-old that who Khoobsurat is? And they would tell you immediately. Such is her impact on Pakistan’s pop culture. A rare artist whose talents and achievements have stood the test of time.

Ayesha Omar made her TV debut in the year 2000 with drama Kollege Jeans and went on to work in more TV plays such as Kaun (2001), Kuch Lamhe Zindagi Kay (2006) and Muthi Bhar Aasman (2006). In 2009, she rose to TV super stardom with Bulbulay. Bulbulay went on to become Pakistan’s No.1 sitcom ever and 13 years and counting, there’s nothing that can dim Bulbulay’s shine or bring down its TRPs. The show proudly holds the record for the longest-running television series of Pakistan. Along with Bulbulay, Ayesha went on to star in more successful TV plays of varied genres such as Dolly Ki Ayegi Baraat, Ladies Park, Zindagi Gulzar Hai, Tanhai, Bisaat and Habs to name a few.

In 2010, she started her music career with song ‘Man Chala Hai’ as her debut single. In 2012, she won Lux Style Award for Best Album. In 2015, she stepped into the film industry in a lead role with the superhit Karachi Se Lahore.

After super successful forays into acting and singing, Ayesha turns an entrepreneur in 2021 and launched ‘Ayesha O Beauty’, an all-natural organic skincare products line. She continued her entrepreneurial winning spree by launching her clothing line called ‘Ayesha Omar Style Studio’ in the winters of 2023.

2023 was a busy year for Ayesha as she had back to back successful releases such as Money Back Guarantee, Huye Tum Ajnabi and Javed Iqbal. Her next release is Dhai Chaal which is releasing on 8th Dec 2023. She will also be seen in the second season of Selahaddin Eyubbi, a Pak-Turk joint drama venture.
